Booking a Transfer Request

The amount of luggage you can carry depends on the number of person travelling and the type of transfer you’ve selected. On our booking page, you’ll get a count of the total luggage allowed. As a thumb rule, we allow one large suitcase and one handbag per person.

We however understand that you might have excess luggage – in that case, please contact us before making a reservation.

All the transfers that we offer are private. This means the vehicle will not be shared with other passengers and will be only for you and those travelling with you.
Good question! The deposit we charge is a very minimum fee (less than 10% of the total transfer amount). This allows us to guarantee that a transfer is reserved for you on your arrival.
Please make sure that you check your spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us and we’ll re-send a copy.
For more than 8 people, we recommend that you contact us and we’ll make any necessary arrangement.

On your arrival

After you’ve picked up your luggage and cleared the customs, proceed to the exit (arrival lounge) where your driver will be waiting for you. He will be holding a sign with your name written on it. Simply give him your printed receipt or your booking reference and he’ll guide you to the vehicle.
The amount due is to be paid directly in cash to the driver on your pickup. You can use any corresponding currency that you’d like. Ensure that you check the conversion rate to EURO on your arrival.

In the event that you are unable to arrange for cash payment on your arrival, please contact us and we’ll figure out a workaround.
If the delay is by a couple of minutes, that is totally fine. We monitor flight arrival time daily and we plan accordingly. However if the delay is by more than an hour or canceled for another day, you will want to send us a quick note.
Yes, it is possible to amend or cancel a transfer booking. For updates like changes in arrival date and time or number of passengers/luggage, simply contact us and with your receipt number and we’ll amend it for you. We require that you do that at least 48 hours in advance of your transfer pick up date and time.

As for cancelation, contact us and we’ll issue you a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours before your pick up date and time.
